God’s Joy

“No one will take away your joy” John 16:22

The World’s joy is temporary and transitory; Christ’s joy is a deep well of quite happiness and, because the source of it is the Lord Himself, it is stable and steadfast.

In the eyes of the world there may be no outward reason for joy, but with Christ’s peace that fills our lives and our hearts, we can rest assured that His eternal fountain of inner joy will never run dry and that no one can take it away. Everlasting joy is ours. The Savior Himself promises us that.
