Letting God Take Over

When I have moments of complete anxiety . . .
Of doubt, fear, or despair . . .
When I feel depressed, angry or with hate . . .
When I feel my life in general are a vicious circle . . .
And I feel that everything repeats itself . . .
The good and the evil; the beautiful and the ugly . . .
The hard work and the crime; the vice
and the violence . . .
The treason, the hypocrisy and the marble heart . . .
Feeling sad and angry, rebellious,
rancorous, vengeful . . .
Not knowing why . . .
When I can do no more . . .
I just relax and put my life in God’s hands and pray. . .
The Patter Noster or the Act of Faith,
The Hail Mary or the Act of Contrition . . .
Or I just say, “Oh, Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I Confide In Thee . . .”
Or, “Oh, my God, have mercy on me . . .”
I just drop everything in God’s hands and rest . . .
And the solutions to my problems begin to appear . . .
And I, like Jesus Christ, resurrect to a better and happier life . .
