Reach for the Sky!

“I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. ” Philippians 3:10-11

Ambition is a commendable characteristic but there is one ideal in life that must overshadow all others: to live in the image of Christ. This must be greatest ambition of every follower of Jesus and demands complete surrender and commitment.

The pure joy of a life in Jesus Christ cannot be measured. Such a life is priceless and precious. However, this demands a sacrifice. A sacrifice of your thoughts and ambitions must be laid on the altar of the living Christ so that His life can be reflected in you. The abundance of life in Him will be more than enough compensation for your complete surrender to your Savior and Redeemer.
