Today, we pray for everyone and everything around us
God our Father, we thank You for guiding us into the new year. We look forward to all that You have in store for us in 2015. We pray not only for ourselves but for everyone around us – those we know and those we do not know. Father, may Your mercy and providence surround and comfort all Your people. May Your presence around us make us reflect on Your love and compassion in this world. May those who have struggled through the previous year be looked upon kindly by You, so that an abundance of blessings might be a part of their days this year. Amen.
